We are the 2nd owner of this wonderful, luxurious, family friendly RV. Regular use with the heaviest tow a Honda Odyssey. Regular maintenance performed with all records. The usual specs for a Discovery 40G with the every available upgrade including: king sleep number bed, full size residential fridge with ice and water dispenser, 3 roof AC units, outside shower, outside kitchen with gas grill that hooks to coach propane, outside entertainment center, rooftop solar panel, tile floors, convection/microwave combo, 2000 watt interverters, in motion satellite, flip down dvd players in each bunk and central vac. There is 18 months remaining on a $100 deductible warranty with American Guardian. $100 fee to transfer to your name. Additional equipment included with this RV is blue ox tow bars with all attachments, car guard and protective cover. Dog bone power adapter, telescoping wash brush and window washer, blue hose with 2 way splitter and 2 water pressure regulators, garden hose with multi functional spray nozzle, 15 foot drain hose and additional 10 foot extension, cordless Hoover vacuum (we felt worked better than the central vac). All items are in good working order. The tires are just over 2 years old with good tread, front brakes replaced 6 months ago, rear brakes inspected and satisfactory. New coach water pump in January, coach batteries (6) 2.5 years ago, front AC unit in January. I have records of all work done. The body shows signs of wear, but no structural damage other than a scrape to the right side doors in front of and behind the rear axle from rubbing against a post and the front right headlight area with a crack from running up onto a small dirt mound. Interior upholstery is free of rips or stains. All appliances work. No smoking and no pets. All 6 TVs work. Optional add on our towed vehicle: 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L, complete with blue ox base plate and trickle charge to maintain car battery en route. 175000 miles. Runs great, fully loaded, everything works (sunroof, dvd, in dash navigation, backup camera, cruise control, power seats, mirrors, windows and sliding doors). Tow package we only used for our bike carrier. Michelin tires with 50% tread. $5000 to add on. Blue Book Value is $5800 to $6800.
